Information we collect
When you use our website or app, we may collect information that you provide directly:
- Name
- Delivery address, including optional apartment/unit number and buzz code
- Phone Number
Order details include the items you request, your payment-method choice, delivery instructions and other notes you provide. The website order form asks for your payment method, not card numbers or security codes. It also asks you to acknowledge that you are at least 19 and have valid photo ID; this is not online age or identity verification.
We use Google Analytics to understand usage of our main website and service landing pages. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits and interactions. Cookies are small files saved by your browser that can help distinguish visits and remember activity. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Clearing site data may also remove saved tracking records and the service-page age acknowledgement from this browser; it does not delete our order records. It may collect standard usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, referral source, scrolling and outbound-link clicks. Our custom website events record actions such as starting an order, receiving an order acknowledgement and clicking contact links. These custom events send event names and, on service landing pages, the service category and link destination type. They do not send the names, contact details, addresses, order contents or other field values you enter. The service-page 19+ welcome screen saves only an adult acknowledgement in session storage for the current tab session; it does not store your birth date or verify your identity.
Browser order tracking: this browser can save up to five private tracking tokens, order numbers and saved times so you can return to recent orders. Saved records expire after 48 hours and are removed while the page is active or on your next visit. Keep tracking links private: anyone with a valid link can view the associated order-tracking information.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to process and deliver orders, communicate with you about your orders or account, send important updates and push notifications, and improve our website and app experiences. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Service providers and data sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing or advertising. We use Render for website hosting and our ordering API. Our ordering system stores order records in a PostgreSQL database. Our delivery systems use Google Maps/Places for address, routing and business-hours functions, Firebase for app and driver notifications, and Resend for dispatch-alert emails containing order identifiers and waiting-time information. These providers process information as needed to operate the service and fulfil deliveries. We use Google Analytics as described above. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check website submissions for automated activity. Our backend verification request sends the Turnstile verification token without the order form field values. The browser widget also processes technical signals, such as your IP address, browser information and connection characteristics, to detect bots. Cloudflare also uses these signals to improve its bot-detection capabilities. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.
Choosing “Forget this order on this browser” removes that browser’s saved tracking record; it does not cancel your order, revoke a copied tracking link or delete our order records. The 48-hour browser-storage limit is separate from our order records. For questions about information held in those records, or to request access, correction or deletion, please contact us.
